教育目標

本院以培育具備專業知能、人文關懷與社會責任之護理與健康福祉人才為宗旨，並致力於回應高齡化社會與偏鄉健康需求，具體教育目標如下：

1. 培養專業護理與健康照護人才
   強化學生在護理、長期照顧與健康促進等領域之專業知識與臨床實務能力。
2. 深化人文關懷與倫理素養
   培養學生尊重生命、多元文化（特別是原住民族）及關懷弱勢族群之態度。
3. 強化跨領域整合能力
   結合健康福祉、公共衛生與社會科學，培養跨專業合作與整合能力。
4. 提升國際視野與在地實踐能力

培養學生兼具全球健康視野與在地服務能力，回應偏鄉與高齡社會需求。

5. 培育終身學習與創新能力
   鼓勵持續學習、批判思考與創新應用，以因應快速變遷之健康照護環境。
